🔹 Ensure there is sufficient water in the container above the burner. 

🔹 Use good quality tealights. 

🔹 Never leave unattended when lit, and keep away from curtains. 

🔹 If flame becomes dangerous to extinguish with a damp cloth. 

🔹 Keep out of reach of children.
